1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or placing an order through prontojerseys.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. Our Services

Pronto Jerseys provides a platform for designing, submitting, and managing custom team uniform orders. All products are custom-manufactured to your specifications and are not pre-made or off-the-shelf items.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when registering.

4. Orders and Payment

• Orders are submitted through the platform and are subject to review and approval by our team before production begins.
• Payment is accepted via Interac e-Transfer. Payment instructions will be provided upon order confirmation. Production does not begin until payment is received and confirmed.
• Pricing will be communicated to you during the order review process. Final pricing is confirmed before production begins.
• By submitting an order, you confirm that all roster information (player names, numbers, sizes) is accurate. Pronto Jerseys is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

5. Design Approval

Before production begins, we will share a final design proof for your review through the order portal. You are responsible for reviewing all details carefully. By approving the design, you confirm that all information is correct and authorize production to begin. Changes requested after approval may not be possible and may result in additional charges.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

• Orders may be cancelled at no charge before payment has been received and production has begun.
• Once production has begun, cancellations are not accepted and no refunds will be issued, as all products are custom-manufactured to your specifications.
• If a product is received with a manufacturing defect or error caused by Pronto Jerseys, we will work with you to resolve the issue at no additional cost.

7. Production and Delivery

Production timelines will be communicated during the order process. Pronto Jerseys is not responsible for delays caused by suppliers, manufacturers, or shipping carriers. In some cases, orders may be shipped directly from a manufacturer or supplier on our behalf.

8. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of any logos, graphics, or artwork you provide to us for your order. By submitting artwork, you represent that you have the right to use it and grant Pronto Jerseys a limited licence to use it solely for the purpose of fulfilling your order. The Pronto Jerseys platform, design tools, and branding are our exclusive property.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Pronto Jerseys shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our platform or products. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the applicable Canadian jurisdiction.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
